Twilio & Sendgrid

Twilio & Sendgrid (same company) are both services that allow you to use the messaging system, each with its own specificity.

First Sendgrid, which we use to manage the sending of Mail. These emails are sent in two different ways. The first, automatically linked to triggers. Everywhere in Authentify It, triggers allow the sending of automatic emails, for example to send an OTP code.

The second way, rather used on the LifePass Studio, allows brands to send an email to their users. This therefore allows direct contact between the brand and its users.

Twilio is used for SMS management. Here too, Authentify It uses this service in two different ways, like Sendgrid, in the same way.

Via triggers, to send the OTP code by SMS, and via the LifePass Studio so that the brand can send an SMS to its users.
