This guide allows you to understand the different components that make up your product for the "Art" use case.

Claim page

After scanning a QR Code or NFC chip, you will access the "Claim" page allowing you to recover the ownership of the scanned product.

This page allows you to view:

  • The product image: A high-quality image of your product is displayed at the top of the page

  • The background of the product image: A high-quality image is displayed at the top of the page, behind the product image

  • The product name: The product name is displayed below the image

  • Who certified it: The name of the brand that created the product in Authentify It

  • A "Claim" button: A button to trigger the logic of obtaining ownership of the product

  • Two brand upsells: Benefits that the brand wants to promote

  • Additional information in the form of sections with images, text, and stripes: Additional information on the benefits obtained after claiming the product

  • The artist's signature

A navigation bar menu is also accessible if you are logged in, to return to your collection or your profile page.

Next step

Click the claim now button.

If you are logged in:

  • If the product does not have EPOS security, you will be redirected to a success page that you can close with the "Close" button, and then you will be redirected to the product page.

  • If the product has EPOS security, you will be redirected to a page to authenticate your purchase using a code you received from the seller, by email, or on your receipt.

If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in and then continue with the logged-in steps above.


Product page

Once you arrive on this page, you will benefit from all the information about the product you have just retrieved.

This page allows you to view:

  • A button with an upward arrow: This button allows you to share product information on social networks

  • The product image: A high-quality image of your product is displayed at the top of the page

  • The background of the product image: A high-quality image is displayed at the top of the page, behind the product image

  • The product name: The product name is displayed below the image

  • Who certified it: The name of the brand that created the product in Authentify It

  • A "view certificate" button: This button allows you to access your product's certificate, which contains all the important information regarding its authenticity.

  • A slider with different banners (if shared by the brand): These banners are clickable and will redirect you to the important pages that the brand wants to share with you

  • A live timer (if created): This timer allows the brand to announce the next release

  • Tabs:

    • About: This tab contains information about the artist

    • History: This tab contains a piece of the artist's history

    • Media: This tab contains photo galleries

    • Events: This tab contains the events that the brand wishes to share

    • Rewards: This tab contains your rewards

    • Products: This tab contains a secondary product shop that the brand wishes to offer you.

  • Donation: A Call to Action image allowing you to be redirected to the site that the brand wishes to share, in order to make a donation for a defined theme (Example: Donate to sea life)

  • A transfer button: This button allows you to transfer ownership of this product to another user

  • A shop widget: This widget allows you to display a few secondary products, with a button allowing you to see them all.

  • A footer: Each page contains the artist's signature


With the "About" tab positioned, by scrolling down, you will be able to consult different information and images relating to the artist while accessing different sections:

  • A banner: A high-definition image with a title and the artist's name

  • A description: A text containing various information about the artist who created your product

  • An image slider: Multiple images scrollable horizontally

  • A list of calls to action:

    • Upcoming events: Displays the most recent event, with a button to go see them all

    • Products: Allows you to be redirected to the "Products" tab with secondary products

    • Studio History: Allows you to be redirected to the "History" tab

    • Media: Allows you to be redirected to the "Media" tab

    • Rewards: Allows you to be redirected to the "Rewards" tab


With the "History" tab positioned, by scrolling down, you will be able to consult different moments in the artist's history, filtered by date from oldest to most recent.


With the "Media" tab enabled, scrolling down will reveal various galleries and images the artist wishes to share. The structure of a gallery is as follows:

  • A main image

  • A tag

  • The title of the photo gallery

  • A brief description

  • A slider composed of multiple photos


With the "Event" tab enabled, scroll down to view the various events the brand offers:

  • Featured events: This is a list of upcoming or ongoing events

  • Past events: A list of past events


With the "Rewards" tab positioned, by scrolling down, you can view your various rewards:

  • Vouchers: A voucher with a promo code and/or a link to access the store to redeem it

  • Raffle: A game you can enter to win exclusive gifts


With the "Products" tab positioned, by scrolling down, you will be able to view different secondary products that the brand wishes to offer you, having the possibility of filtering them by category. For each product, you will see a high-definition image, its name as well as its price, and by clicking on it you will be redirected to the official shop in order to be able to obtain this product.


Certificate page

This page contains all the important information about your product and its authenticity. You'll find a button that allows you to return to the product page, as well as a tab containing two buttons:

  • Authenticity

  • Ownership

Below, you'll find:

  • A 3D card with your product's image, an authentic Authentify It stamp, the product's name, who certified it, and the artist's signature.

  • An Add to Apple Wallet (or Google Wallet) button: This button allows you to install the pass for your product directly into your wallet, allowing you to receive exclusive push notifications from the artist directly.

With the "Authenticity" tab enabled, scrolling down will reveal various information related to the authenticity of your product (some possible examples):

  • Materials: The composition of the different materials used in your product

  • Warranty & Policies: A list of useful, official links regarding the product's warranties and policies

  • Certification: A list of certification information, such as who certified it, where, when, and a unique blockchain identifier

With the "Ownership" tab positioned, you'll notice that the card has flipped over, revealing new information, such as the owner's name, since when, and a unique identifier. The Add to Apple Wallet (or Google Wallet) button is still present as well.

Then, by scrolling down, you can view various information related to the ownership of your product (some possible examples):

  • Care guide: A guide with several important pieces of information to protect your product

  • Traceability: A timeline of your product's life stages

  • Product details: Some useful information such as the name of the artist and product


Apple & Google Wallet

After installing a pass directly on your phone, you now have direct access to your product certificate.

First of all, on the front of the pass, you will find:

  • The brand name and logo

  • The product image

  • Your membership date

  • Your membership ID

  • A QR code (its use depends on the brand you choose)

By clicking on ("...") at the top right of the pass and clicking on "Card details", it will turn over and you will have access to:

  • A direct link to your product on Authentify It

  • A text section to view the latest push notification received directly from the brand or artist

  • A second text section to view the latest important events applied to your pass, such as obtaining a new reward

The button ("...") on the front of the card allows you to manage notifications (as on the back of the pass) but also the possibility of deleting it, for example after transferring ownership of your product.
